Purchase Notice
- When selecting your date during booking, kindly remember that the voucher will only be valid for the chosen date. No reissuance or refunds will be granted for unused vouchers
- Children Policy
- Children under 9 receive free admission but must be accompanied by at least 1 adult or youth. Please present their passport as proof of age during boarding
- Children aged 9 but under 16 on the first day of travel, if their accompanying parents have bought a Swiss Travel Pass (STP), a Swiss Half Fare Card (HFC) and hold a Swiss Family Card, children can access the mountain for free through the Swiss Family Card
- Children aged 9 to 16 on the first day of travel, if they do not have a Swiss Family Card, can choose to purchase one of the following options:
(1) a child ticket, half the price of an adult ticket
(2) a CHF 30 Junior Card at the counter of the local SBB train station after arriving in Switzerland - When making a booking, kindly provide your English name as shown on your passport
- Please note that the lifts have limited operating days. When booking, please indicate your preferred hiking date in the "Note" section
- Travelers with reduced mobility who require a wheelchair and a companion can travel with one person free of charge. Please present a disability certification when purchasing the ticket
- Travelers holding an STS Swiss Pass who wish to purchase a discounted Peak Pass must present the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card when redeeming the voucher. Failure to do so may result in fines
- Please notice that from 2025/2/10-4/30, Glacier Palace in the Glacier Paradise will be temporarily closed for maintenance

Lost and stolen passes will not be refunded
Please check in advance for any temporary closures of the mountain due to weather or unforeseen circumstances before planning your visit
A deposit of CHF 5 is required when redeeming the voucher for the Peak Pass. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the undamaged pass at the Gornergrat, Rothorn, or Matterhorn Glacier Paradise base station
Present your passport for age and name verification when redeeming your voucher
Unredeemed vouchers can be refunded up to 10 days before departure, subject to a penalty rate of 15% (unless otherwise stated) and a cancellation fee of NTD 400
Please bring a color copy of your e-voucher to redeem your ticket. Without it, requests for alterations, cancellations, or refunds cannot be processed
Refunds can be processed up to 7 days before departure. Please prepare all tickets, including the pass and reservation card, for the refund process. Lost tickets will not be processed
The opening dates and hours of the redemption location you selected may change without further notice. If this occurs, please try to redeem at other locations; no refund will be issued in this case

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
