- In principle, the fireworks display will be held rain or shine, but may be cancelled due to inclement weather on the day of the display. If the decision is made on the day of the fireworks display, the tour will go ahead.
- Free time for walking in Nikko may be shortened due to road conditions.
- Restaurants in Nikko Edo-mura may be crowded depending on the restaurant.
- Due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at each sightseeing spot may be shortened.
- Please be aware that if you book your tour on weekends we may encounter heavy traffic, especially during the foliage season.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site

You will be notified one or two days in advance of the pick-up time at your accommodation.

Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable food items or items difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.

If the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, we may request changes or cancellations up to 1 days before the start of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
