Customers can redeem the KKday QR code for physical tickets on the day of the performance and present the physical tickets for admission.

Tickets are valid only for the designated performance and time slot. The organizer is not obligated to refund or exchange tickets if the performance date or time is changed. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the performance, add, remove or replace performers, and modify the program content, venue or seating capacity.

Tickets sold are final. Completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Tickets must be purchased directly from authorized ticketing outlets and official ticket offices. Guests who purchase tickets through improper channels, such as resale tickets, will be denied entry.

Tickets may only be used to enter the relevant performance venue or attraction. Tickets may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether through online auction or otherwise), or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to commercial competitions and promotional offers) or to advertise other goods or services, except with the Organiser's permission. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any resold ticket and prohibit such ticket holder from entering the performance venue or attraction without refund.

Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, resaleable, and may be cancelled. Any modification to a ticket will render it void.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the transaction if the ticket holder is found to have engaged in fraud or other illegal activities, or if the ticket is found to have been issued in error or there was an error in the redemption process.

Ticket holders are fully responsible for transportation to and from the performance venue. Therefore, no refunds or exchange will be provided for any changes, delays, suspensions, postponements or cancellations of land, sea or air transportation.

Ticket holders attend and use performances and attractions at their own risk. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the performances and attractions, whether before, during, or after the performance. The Organisers will not be liable or compensate for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death (unless death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Management). Guests attend and use performances and attractions at their own risk and responsibility. The Management is not responsible for any personal injury, health problems, or death occurring during the performances or attractions, whether directly or indirectly caused by a guest's existing health condition.

The organizer reserves the right to arrange seats at its sole discretion and may assign seats different from the designated seat number on the ticket without prior notice. If necessary, the organizer will refund the difference in ticket price between the original seat and the changed seat.

Unauthorized solicitation of goods, services, tickets, or customer surveys is prohibited.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest whose behaviour is unruly, disrespectful, inappropriate, disruptive to others' enjoyment of the show, or poses a safety threat. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be given. Any guest causing a nuisance, behaving inappropriately, or failing to comply with management's instructions will be ejected from the theatre without refund or compensation.

For security reasons, ticket holders will be subject to inspection before entering the venue and any bags, packages or other personal items must be opened for inspection.

Any prohibited items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans or knives) are not allowed into the venue.

Mobile phones, any portable communication devices or other electronic devices should be turned off in the venue to avoid disturbing the performance.

The Organiser will not be liable for any disruption caused by force majeure, such as performance delays or cancellations, power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, heavy rain or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, unusually severe weather, war, rebellion, riot, civil unrest, terrorist acts or threats, acts of God, outbreak of infectious diseases, industrial action, national or local government decrees or regulations, government orders or regulations, or any other reasonable cause beyond its control.

Subject to clauses 5 and 19, for any rescheduled or cancelled performance, regardless of whether the ticket was purchased as part of a tour package, the management will only be responsible for exchanging tickets or refunding the partial or full value of the ticket, and the refund will be made to the ticket holder only. No cash refunds will be given for complimentary tickets.

In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispute or matters related to tickets, admission, etc.

According to Hong Kong law, smoking is not allowed in theatres and amusement facilities.

Guests entering and remaining in the venue must comply with all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings and rules.

Gift tickets are non-refundable. If a venue or facility closes or a performance is cancelled or postponed, gift ticket holders should contact the department that provided the gift ticket to process an exchange.

The shows may include strong lights, loud sounds, smoke, or special effects using pyrotechnics, water, machinery, lighting, or other elements. The organizers will not be held responsible for any health problems caused by guests enjoying the shows or using the attractions.

The organizer reserves the final right to amend and interpret this voucher without prior notice.
