The Forbidden City stipulates that all visitors must make reservations for visits with their real names. Once the ticket reservation is successful, the visitor information cannot be changed. Visitors must swipe their booking documents and use facial recognition at the ticket gate to enter the venue.
The Forbidden City releases tickets 7 days in advance. We will do our best to get tickets for you. If the inventory of tickets for an attraction is sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible to negotiate changes to the attraction, rescheduling or a full refund. Please understand; those who mind should be careful when purchasing.
Due to the special nature of the Forbidden City, if you are unable to travel on the day of travel due to personal reasons, you will not be able to reschedule or get a refund.
This product is only available to Chinese citizens under the age of 18 (including residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners with permanent residency); if your child is a foreign national and is between 7 and 17 years old, you can only place an order for the elderly.
Mainland Chinese audiences can only use their ID numbers to make reservations and purchase tickets, and can enter the theater with their ID cards. Other documents are not allowed to purchase tickets.
Visitors from outside mainland China are requested to use the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, the Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Residents, or the Foreign Permanent Residence Identity Card or passport to book and check in. Only one ticket can be reserved per visiting day using the same ID.

Reminders
After successfully booking the tickets, confirm whether the group will be formed 3 days before the trip. If the group size is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
The tour guide will contact you by phone/text/WeChat/email before 22:00 one day before the tour to confirm the tour arrangements for the next day. During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the notification of the service staff). Please be prepared in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
During the actual trip of this product, without reducing the number of attractions/venues and with your consent, the service staff may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of touring/visiting attractions/venues, changing the meeting time, etc.) to ensure a smooth trip.
In case of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operation time of the amusement facilities or the performance time without prior notice, or even cancel some projects and performances.
