This package is for picking up and dropping off passengers within the city. If you pick up passengers outside the specified range, there will be additional vehicle dispatch fees. For 7 seats or less, it is USD0.7/km=CNY5/km; for more than 7 seats, it is USD1.2/km=CNY8/km.
To avoid long waiting times, please arrange a departure time with the driver or customer service in advance;
We will provide the driver's information at least 12 hours before the ride. The driver will wait for you at the agreed time and location. Please keep your phone turned on when using the private car service so that we can contact you in time.
Pets are allowed on board, but please take good care of them and avoid damaging facilities;
If you need a child chair, you can select the child chair option separately in the package;
【About overtime service fee】
〔5/7-seater regular model〕
If the service time exceeds the specified time of the package, it will be charged USD8/H=CNY60/H
〔5-7 seat luxury model, 12 seat model〕
If the service time exceeds the specified time of the package, the fee is USD14/H = CNY100/H
【About the idle driving fee for private charter car】
If the address where you end the use of the vehicle is not in the departure city or is more than 40km away from the departure place, you need to pay the idle driving fee for the difference in kilometres at the rate of USD0.7/km=CNY5/km;
Please pay the above overtime and over-mileage fees to the driver in person.

This service is a chartered private charter car service with a designated driver. Please select the appropriate package to place an order. If the package you select does not match the actual car, there may be a price difference to be paid, depending on the situation;
The service package after placing an order does not support use in different time periods, and no refund will be given if the package is not fully used;
The service package needs to be used on a daily basis. Please take care of the environment inside the car and keep it clean.
If you have any objections to the itinerary, driver, tour guide and other services, please communicate with the customer service staff in a timely manner;
If the actual number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service for the excess portion and no refund will be given;
