Waiver Signing : Please make sure to sign the waiver at our office before 4:30PM and claim your Yacht stamp which will serve as your ticket upon boarding. This is a mandatory step for all joiners.
Onboarding time : Please be prepared for onboarding 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM.
Departure time : The yacht will depart at exactly 5:00 PM. We regret that we cannot wait for late arrivals, so please ensure you arrive on time.
Be on time - The time of departure is strictly followed otherwise, the duration of the cruise cannot be adjusted.
Guests are reccomended to bring their extra cash money for any additional personal expenses

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
