Transportation needs to be arranged by yourself.
This itinerary includes one-day tickets to Fenghuang Nature Education Park, ecological tour commentary, tickets to Fenghuang Bird Park, 1 on-demand forest handmade DIY per room in Plan A, and 2 ecological bottles per room in Plan B.
The weather changes greatly during outdoor activities, so remember to bring extra warm clothes and pay attention to sun protection.
Please wear light clothing and shoes.
There are frequent afternoon thunderstorms in mountainous areas, so please bring rain gear.
If due to weather factors, the organizer has the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue.
If the room type is fully booked, the organizer will provide accommodation in Xitou Hotel of equivalent value.

Phoenix Sen Zhiming is an environmentally friendly hotel that only provides towels, hair dryers, shampoo and shower gel.
Phoenix Senzhiming does not have an elevator.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rains, a decision will be made one day before departure (17:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and will be notified by email at any time.
Considering the driving time, in order to avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, please be sure to leave early and we will not wait if you are late.

【Traffic Advice】
1. Driving by yourself:
North → Exit the expressway at the Zhushan Interchange of National Highway 3, and go towards Zhushan (without entering the city), turn to Route 151 and pass through Lugu → Phoenix Tea Garden
South → Exit the expressway at Nanyun Interchange of National Highway 3, turn left onto Route 3 towards Zhushan, then turn onto Route 151 and pass through Lugu → Phoenix Tea Garden
2.Public transportation:
For central and northern areas, please take a bus to Taichung City and take a bus from Gancheng Station to Zhushan (transfer to Yuanlin Bus)-Lugu-Phoenix Nature Education Center
For southern areas, please take a bus to Douliu (Take Taixi Bus) → Zhushan (transfer to Yuanlin Bus) → Lugu-Phoenix Nature Education Center
3. Private charter car transfer:

- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
