To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask all guests to arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure you have enough prep time.
Guests arriving over 10 minutes late may receive a shortened session, and certain services such as on-site photo selection or instant printouts may not be provided.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late will be considered a 'no-show,' and the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund, regardless of reason.
No food or drinks are allowed in the shooting area.
You're welcome to take behind-the-scenes videos, but please do not photograph staff or equipment without permission.

Q: What should I wear to the shoot?
A:
Wear whatever makes you feel confident — we’ll capture your best angles and expressions.
For family or couple shoots, we recommend coordinated tones or matching outfits for a clean, stylish look.
Dark clothing is best for passport photos.
Complimentary outfits are available for Concept and Couple Packages — feel free to ask on-site.
Glasses are not recommended due to light reflections. If needed, opt for glasses without lenses or clear contact lenses.
Q: How should I prepare for makeup?
A:
For guests who have booked the makeup service, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free, and well-moisturized face.
Full hairstyling is not included; basic hair touch-ups may be provided if time permits.
Rhinestones, glitter, and decorative makeup are not part of the service. There is a ₩50,000 surcharge for concept makeup.
Makeup services are non-refundable once performed.
Q: Can I change my selected photos later?
A:
Once retouching has started, your selected photos cannot be changed.
Please make your final choices carefully during the review session.
Q: What if I lose my photo files?
A:
You may re-request your edited files within 1 month of your session date.
After 1 month, we do not store or resend files, so please download and back them up promptly.
Q: Will I receive all the original photos?
A:
Original photos are available as an add-on option at KRW 5,000 per photo.

The service does not include makeup and hair. Please arrive with your hair and makeup done or use our self-service area with basic products.
