2. Active objects:
   ・It is recommended that you are over 11 years old or 145 cm tall or above. If you are under 18 years old, you must submit a parental consent form. Those under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by a legal representative. If no legal representative is available, an agent must agree with the legal representative to accompany them.
   ・If you are over 70 years old, you must be accompanied by relatives and friends and submit a consent form to participate.
3. The rest points and meals in the itinerary will be adjusted based on actual weather conditions and the group members’ itinerary.
4. Confirmation of accommodation hotels and itinerary is mainly based on website event announcements. If the reservation status is different and the accommodation needs to be changed, the change will be made to an equivalent hotel.
5. In the event of weather or other irresistible factors, the company reserves the right to finalize the event and to temporarily change the itinerary. No refunds will be given if anyone leaves the group and abandons the itinerary.
6. Because cycling activities are difficult to ride, they are not suitable for patients with chronic or acute diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, etc.). Please consider your physical condition.
7. If travelers have specific needs, they can purchase travel safety insurance on their own.

If any accident occurs during the tour due to personal health factors, they are willing to bear the responsibility themselves and our company will not be involved.

• Physical condition safety guarantee agreement:

Please confirm that the physical health of the participants is normal, and there is no special constitution, pregnancy, cardiovascular... and other diseases, and after careful consideration, voluntarily participate in the activities organized by Giant Travel Agency (Co., Ltd.), and understand the content of the activities before the event and Comply with the matters that must be paid attention to during the activity. If any danger occurs due to personal factors during the activity, please bear all responsibilities yourself and agree to the above refund terms. If there is an accident, please follow the insurance company's regulations and go through the application procedures to accept insurance claims.
