- Japanese Passport and Korean Passport holders are not allowed to purchase
-Nationality, name of passport, passport number, Flight Number & Flight Date & Time(departing from Korea) must be entered for each participants
**Voucher Usage: $250 voucher can only be used at Lotte Duty Free stores in Seoul (Myeongdong Main Store, World Tower Store) and is available only to those with a departing flight ticket from Korea. It cannot be used at the airport. (Duty-free shopping is available 60 days before departure)
**Voucher Expiration Date: 2024/8/14

-Seats will be assigned from the front in the order of your reservation.
-We recommend leaving your luggage at the hotel before joining the tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
