Matsue Suigosai Lakeside Fireworks Display - Konan Area Paid Viewing Seats Ticket Reservations (Shimane Prefecture Matsue City Fireworks Display)

1. Cancellation and refunds

• Due to the nature of the fireworks display, decisions are made from the morning until the last minute, even in the case of rain.
  
• Even if the weather is fine, the fireworks display may be canceled due to wind. (This is a fireworks display that depends on the wind.)
  
• Since the launch site is close to the lake shore, there is a possibility that the police may issue an evacuation order on the day due to weather conditions such as strong winds.
  
• If the launch is cancelled, we will refund the full amount of the paid seating fee. If the launch is cancelled midway, there will be no refund.
  
• If the event is cancelled, it will not be postponed. Please check the official website for the latest information on whether the event will be held on the day.
  

2. Paid seating

• Children of elementary school age and above will need a paid seating ticket. Preschool children can sit on your lap for free. However, if you want to reserve a seat for your child in the paid seating area, a ticket will be required even for preschool children.
  
• You may bring in items that can be managed within the designated space, but tents, chairs, parasols, tables, and open flames are prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
  
• Please keep your strollers within the designated area or store them in designated areas so as not to obstruct other visitors' viewing. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged strollers.
  
• Umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue. Please bring a raincoat or similar.
  
• The maximum height for using a tripod other than the camera seat is the seated height. Also, taking pictures while standing or taking pictures in the aisles or other places other than your own seat is prohibited.
  
• There are no mats on the steps or in the box seats, so please bring your own cushions or sheets. However, we will provide special cushions for the steps of Torpa.
  
• The dimensions of the tiered seating are 70cm x 80cm, the dimensions of the folding chair seats are W40.5cm x D45cm x H70cm, the dimensions of the general seating (6 people) are 300cm x 200cm, and the dimensions of the general seating (4 people) are 180cm x 180cm.
  
• Wheelchair seats can accommodate up to one carer.
  

3. Other

• It will be very busy on the day, so please be seated by 7pm. (Doors are scheduled to open at 5pm)
  
• When entering, please follow the instructions of security guards and staff and enter slowly.
  
• When re-entering, please make sure to hold your ticket and enter and exit through the designated gate.
  
• All seats are non-smoking and food and drink are allowed.
  
• Please take your trash home with you.
  
• Mobile phone service may be unavailable at the fireworks venue.
  
• Resale of tickets is prohibited.
  
• After the fireworks have finished, please leave the venue as we will need to clean up and prepare the venue.
  
• We will not sell tickets to or allow entry on the day of the event to members of organized crime groups or those associated with organized crime groups.
