- Please collect your ferry ticket at the Heshikiya District Passenger Waiting Room at Heshikiya Port.

- [9:30 / 11:30] Upon arriving at Tsuken Port, you will be taken to the experience location by Tsuken Island Sea Cruise bus from the Tsuken Port parking lot.
- 【9:40 / 11:40】 Arrive at the experience location. Change clothes and get ready.
- Once you're ready, you can enjoy flyboarding and BBQ at any time you like.

Outbound boat: ① Departs 09:00, arrives 09:30 / ② Departs 11:00, arrives 11:30 Return boat: ① Departs 15:00, arrives 15:30 / *② Departs 17:30, arrives 17:45 *The return boat departing at 17:30 is an additional 200 yen due to the high-speed ferry.

On the day, please arrive at Heshikiya Port 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.
On the day of your trip, please present your reservation name or voucher at the Heshikiya District Passenger Waiting Area at Heshikiya Port. You will be given your ferry boarding ticket.
Ferries depart on time, so please contact us if you miss your scheduled departure.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time to get to the bus as there may be traffic jams.
The plan will be decided depending on the sea conditions on the day. If the plan is cancelled, we will contact you in advance.
The tour will be held in case of rain, but the time schedule may change depending on the sea conditions. Also, if the sea conditions are bad due to a typhoon, advisory, warning, etc., the tour will be canceled. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee.
In the event of a sudden thunderstorm, etc., the marine menu may be canceled on the day. All marine menu fees will be refunded, but round-trip boat fees and other fees cannot be refunded.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
