Audience members are responsible for keeping their own QR code. The organizer is not responsible if the audience member exposes/loses their QR code information.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse to settle cases where more than 1 person checks in with the same ticket code. According to regulations, the organizer will allow only the first person to check in with the duplicate ticket code to participate in the program.
- QR tickets/physical tickets indicate the seating information for watching the program. Please sit in the designated seat as specified on the ticket.
- Purchasing a ticket signifies that the buyer agrees to all terms and regulations of the organizer.
- The organizer has the right to refuse or remove from the performance area any individual who violates regulations, rules, and will not refund the ticket money.
- Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for other services.
2. Rules for participating in the program:
- Do not bring weapons, explosives, sharp objects, laser pointers/flashlights, umbrellas, pens, selfie sticks, camera tripods.
- Do not use prohibited substances.
- Do not bring pets or animals.
- Do not bring fireworks and explosives.
- Do not film/livestream any acts in the program under any circumstances. BTC reserves the right to ask violators to leave the event area and will not refund ticket money.
- Do not engage in fighting or any actions that may cause harm, danger, threat, or discomfort to other attendees.
