－Instructions for renting a car－

• The latest return time is 20:00
• Car rental and pick-up time: 08:30 - 20:30 (Business hours of each site are different, please see the business location information)
• Insurance details: Compulsory automobile liability insurance, third party liability insurance, passenger liability insurance (excluding overloading), automobile theft loss insurance (10% borne by the owner). All rental plans for direct car rentals on the island of Taiwan include basic Type A insurance, and you can also upgrade the insurance items at the store for an additional fee. If projects and motorcycles are rented on an hourly basis, insurance is not included. Daily insurance upgrades are calculated on a daily basis. If the rental period is less than one month, it will be calculated in ten days at most.
• Our company currently only provides pick-up and drop-off services at the following locations: Hualien-Train Station ※ If you need pick-up and drop-off services from Hualien Airport to the store, please call the Hualien store to make an appointment for pick-up 10 days before the pick-up date. Please prepare your own landing/boarding time. We will not be responsible for late boarding. (If there is no reservation 10 days in advance, the store has the right to refuse temporary pick-up)
  ※ If other pick-up and drop-off services are required. All stores of our company will provide safe taxi-hailing services.

- Necessary documents for drivers -

• Taiwanese passengers:
  ・Standard age: The lessee must be over 20 years old, and the driver’s license must be issued for more than 1 year. ・Credit card: All payments must be made by credit card (valid for more than six months). Debit cards/debit cards are not accepted. A credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express) must be presented for pre-authorization when boarding the vehicle.
  ・Valid documents: Taiwanese passengers need an identity document and a driver’s license of their nationality.
  
  
• Specifications for foreign/Hong Kong, Macao/Japanese tourists:
  ・Standard age: 20 years or older, and the driving license must be issued for more than 1 year.
  ・Credit card: All payments must be made by credit card (valid for more than six months). Debit cards/debit cards are not accepted. Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/American Express) must be presented for pre-authorization when picking up the car. .
  ・Valid documents for foreign passengers: They must present their entry passport, local driver's license, and international driver's license (IDP). The above documents are indispensable and must be of the same nationality.
  ・Visitors from Hong Kong/Macau: They are required to present their Hong Kong and Macau passport, Hong Kong and Macau Taiwan Entry Permit, Hong Kong and Macau local driver’s license, and Hong Kong and Macau issued International Driving Permit (IDP). All of the above documents are indispensable and must be of the same nationality.
  ・Japanese passengers: They are required to present a Japanese passport, Japanese International Driving Permit (IDP), Japanese local driver's license, and a Chinese translation of the Japanese driver's license. The above documents are indispensable and must be of the same nationality.
  ・National driver’s licenses that are legal for driving in Taiwan: Please refer to the list of reciprocal situations for major national driver’s licenses issued by the Highway Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications .
  

Mileage fee (pay on site)

Regardless of car model, the daily driving mileage is limited to 400 kilometers. Gasoline vehicles will be charged an additional RMB 3 cumulative charge per kilometer, diesel vehicles will be charged an additional RMB 5 cumulative charge per kilometer, and electric vehicles will be charged an additional RMB 20 cumulative charge per kilometer.

Late return fee (payable on site)

One-day rental is on a 24-hour basis. If the vehicle is not returned within the time limit, it will be calculated based on the following standards. Therefore, if the lessee wants to renew the rental, please notify the company before the agreed return time (the company reserves the right to renew the rental)
A. If you are overdue for more than one hour, you will be charged the following amount per hour. If you are overdue for more than half an hour, you will be charged one hour.
A. If you are overdue for more than five hours, you will be charged one day's rent.

Car payment overtime fee:
◎NEW YARIS：NT$270/hour

＊Special note: Regarding the additional purchase of insurance, because insurance is calculated on a "day" basis, if you return the car after the time limit, you will need to purchase and pay for another day's insurance. Please be informed!

Fuel costs (paid on site)

When returning the car, the fuel level must be the same as when you picked up the car. The excess fuel will not be refunded. If the fuel level is lower than when you picked up the car, in addition to the difference in fuel level, a service fee of NT$300 will be charged. . Calculation of oil difference: the number of insufficient oil grids (converted to liters) x the announced oil price.

＊Fuel prices are calculated based on mileage (gasoline $4/km, diesel $6/km)

Each safety seat requires a payment of $200. Please make a note when placing an order to facilitate processing by the staff (the fee will be collected by on-site personnel)
