Time overtime cost
The standard tour time is 10 hours, but for safety reasons, it can last up to 12 hours. If the tour time is exceeded, an additional fee of ₩20,000/hour will be charged. If you use the guide service, an additional guide fee of ₩10,000/hour will be charged if the tour time is exceeded
Pick-up/sanding out-of-range costs
Additional costs will apply if you wish to use Incheon International Airport for pick-up or drop-off. Please pay ₩50,000/vehicle for 1–3 seaters, ₩60,000/vehicle for 4–7 seaters, and ₩70,000/vehicle for 8–17 seaters on-site
Child car seat cost
According to domestic traffic laws, children under the age of 6 are required to use car seats, so if necessary, please indicate the number of car seats when making a reservation and pay ₩15,000/seat to the driver on-site
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
