- To ensure the safety of travelers, tourists under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the outdoor hot springs (Rock Lake) and can only use the indoor facilities (Indoor Pool)
- Please refer to your voucher for the actual pickup time. The pickup time cannot be specified beforehand; the travel agency will arrange the time according to the group participation situation on the day of the tour
