- Check each attraction's eligibility criteria for child discounts or free admission before purchasing passes for your children
- Your Explorer Pass will be activated upon scanning at your first attraction (Day 1), and you'll have 59 consecutive days to use the remaining attraction choices purchased
- Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass
- Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
- Free cancellation applies only to "unused" passes
- If attractions or transportation are closed due to maintenance, malfunctions, unforeseen emergencies, or due to individual reasons such as loss, damage, lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, or accidents, refunds or reissues will not be provided
- Please note that this Pass is not fast pass access. You may need to visit the counter to exchange tickets, or security check. In cases of long queues, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting

- Please note that from April 1, 2025, all passes will be valid for one year from date of purchase (vs. 2) and Explorer passes will be valid for 30 days from date of redemption (vs. 60).

Printed Voucher:
- Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing
Use Go City App:
- Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
- After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
- Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
Important Notes:
- If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
