See all the processes of wine production starting from the gathering up till the storing in the rock wine cellars at the factory by the leadership of experienced wine guide and taste the spectacular factory wines together with local home-made cheese and starters. Enjoy the panoramic view of Ürgüp Vineyards beyond the unusual fairy chimneys during Ürgüp Üç güzeller fairy’s chimneys visit. Continue to GÜLOR rock wine house which belongs to one of the richest family, SABANCI Family, in Turkey and taste specially selected, extraordinary wines including Ortahisar rock warehouses and see the historical rock castle and slope houses built by the castle and Zemi valley. View valley with pigeon houses, old monasteries, different colors in the volcanic rocks and fruit trees. Next visit one of the local pottery workshop and have a pottery making demonstration. Taste local home-made wine in the hand-made earthen wine goblets while learning about handmade vases which was used by Hitites. Have a lunch break to experience Cappadocia cuisine at the local Restaurant.

Afternoon start with Kocabağ Vineyards and have a short tour in the Kocabağ Wine Factory and taste the selected factory wine. See pigeon valley and famous Göreme Esentepe viewpoint. Visit small wineries in Sinassos (Mustafapaşa) where you can taste homemade local wine stuffed with vine leaves with olive oil and cheese plates. Stop for St. Theodor church where grape reliefs were used as decoration on the exterior of the church. Visit old Byzantium winery and wine cellars in the rocks in red valley. Have an enjoyable walk in the red valley and visit grape church.
