  • - Trip Introduction -

  • Thousand Island Lake (Qiandaohu)
Located upstream of the Feitsui Reservoir, numerous mountains and lake waters form a catchment area. Looking into the distance from a fixed point, the mountains are lush and green, and the lake water is crystal clear. The winding intersection of mountains and water, combined with the tea plantations, adds a fairyland-like quality to Thousand Island Lake.

    ・Bagua Tea Plantation
There is an observation deck next to the Bagua Tea Plantation where you can overlook the nearby tea plantation scenery and the Beishi Creek landscape. Walking along the industrial road, enjoy the surrounding tea plantation views. With the turquoise waters of Beishi Creek in the distance as a backdrop, the tea plantation scenery is as beautiful as a painting.

    ・Shiding Old Street
Divided into East and West by the Wanshou Bridge, which is built with stone piers. The West Street developed earlier and was the former tea market district. Most of the houses are made of mud bricks and are quite tall, with several three-story old houses connected together. Jishun Temple is the local center of faith, and its square was the site of the former tea market.

    ・Hsu's Handmade Noodles
Since 1986, Master Hsu has been pulling the first bundles of noodles next to his home in Shiding. Upholding the spirit of heritage, he has spent over 20 years refining the essence of the craft through the process of swinging, pulling, and releasing the dough into snowy white, thin strands. This showcases handmade culture and craftsmanship, making him a frequent winner of the New Taipei Good Gift and Taiwan Product Best Design Awards.
    * Handmade Noodle DIY (approx. 1.5 hours): Professional guidance and noodle-making explanations. Join in small activities like swinging noodles and noodle jump rope, hand-swing your own unique handmade noodles, enjoy activities during the noodle-drying time, and finally take your very own noodles home!
    * Flowing Noodles (approx. 15 - 20 minutes): Taste the refreshing and chewy texture of noodles flowing down with cool mountain spring water. During the activity, please use only the chopsticks designated for the flowing noodles and follow the rules for using serving chopsticks. If five or more people book together, you will have an independent water channel to create joyful memories with friends and family!
Reference for Noodle DIY and Flowing Noodle Experience Fees:
