You will receive your direct entry from Discover Cracow host after showing the voucher. For foreign languages - Please go straight into the Wieliczka Salt Mine ticket office to collect the ticket.(Daniłowicza, Wieliczka, Poland)

    • The temperature in the mine is constant (about 14°C), and therefore it is recommended to bring warm clothing even in the summer

    • There are 800 steps on the way, including 380 right at the start

    • It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes

    • The price does not include fees for photography and filming

    • Note that guests will receive their voucher via WhatsApp or email and must exchange it at the ticket office for an entry ticket. Once exchanged, they will be admitted to the next available guided tour
