If there are significant delays to the itinerary, the tour may be operated with priority given to Thomas train rides.
The Thomas train will be a reserved seat, but the seating arrangement is at our discretion. You may be seated with other passengers. Please leave the seating arrangement to the tour conductor.
Due to road conditions, the return time may be significantly delayed. In that case, each customer will be responsible for their own accommodation and taxi fares. In addition, if the trip is delayed, the Thomas train ride will be given top priority, and the time to explore tourist spots and stopovers may be shortened or omitted.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
[About lunch boxes on the second day] "Thomas the Tank Engine lunch boxes" will be provided for children (ages 3 to 12) while no lunch boxes will be provided for adults.
For preschool children (0-2 years old) who require a Thomas the Tank Engine lunch box, please make a reservation at the child rate.
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
For safety reasons and for tour conductor duties, tour conductors will be seated at the front of the bus.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 8 to 14 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations 2 to 7 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations 1 to 1 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
