We may cancel departure or change time and route in the following cases. 1. When weather or sea conditions are likely to pose a danger to the navigation of the ship, or when emergency evacuation of the ship poses danger to leaving or docking. 2. When a natural disaster, fire, marine accident, breakdown of the ship being used, or other unavoidable circumstances occur. - When ordered or requested by a government agency. 3. When an epidemic requiring urgent treatment occurs amongst passengers. In the above cases, we will refund the fees we have received or transfer you to another day. In addition, if departure is canceled due to weather such as an approaching typhoon, we will generally contact you by the day before boarding. (Depending on the situation, we may contact you two days before or on the day of boarding.)
On the day of boarding, please arrive at the boarding area 15 minutes before departure time.
Please note that if you do not make it in time for the departure time, you will not be able to board the boat. In that case, we will not be able to give you a refund.
The departure time and boarding point will vary depending on the boarding date. Please be careful not to make a mistake. The inquiry phone number listed on the site is different from the boarding point location, so please be careful when searching on your car navigation system, smartphone, etc.
There is no parking lot at the boarding point. If you come by car, please use the nearby paid parking lot.
