Product Info

-What you can expect-
Both sworn Frankfurt lovers and first-time visitors will make the right choice with this bike tour. This is ensured by the perfect mix of famous sights and insider tips. Discover traditional Frankfurt apple wine taverns at the end of the tour.

Your bike tour starts in Sachsenhausen, one of the city's most popular neighborhoods. See many old buildings from the Wilhelminian period and ride past trendy bars, cozy cafes and a wide selection of restaurants, as well as traditional apple wine taverns. Then take a relaxing cycle through the small streets of the Malerviertel to the southern bank of the Main River with the famous Museumsufer. Admire the Städel Museum, the Liebieghaus and the Museum Angewandte Kunst from the outside.

Cross the Holbeinsteg to the other side of the Main and cycle into Frankfurt's old town. On the Römer, you can look across the old Königsweg to Frankfurt's "cathedral" (which isn't one at all) and the beautiful half-timbered ensemble. It is only a few meters from the cradle of German democracy, the Paulskirche. Then you cycle through the Großer Hirschgraben to the Goethe family home.

Continue the bike tour on the former medieval defense line of the city, which is now traffic-free and reach the heart of the city. Experience the impressive silhouette of the city with its skyscraper towers and take a photo of the Bull and Bear at the Old Stock Exchange. Back on the Alleenring, cycle to the east of the city and finally reach the Main River again. Admire the new tower of the European Central Bank before your tour comes to an end as you cycle a few meters back to Sachsenhausen.
