- The day before your reservation, a Korean manager will contact you via KakaoTalk to confirm your reservation. If you do not receive a call from the Korean manager the day before your reservation, please connect your emergency contact number to KakaoTalk for confirmation.
- Snorkeling equipment and packed lunches required for the tour can be requested by contacting the Korean manager.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the safely guided pickup time. If the pickup vehicle does not arrive after the pickup time, please contact the emergency contact number via KakaoTalk.
- Pickup is not available at some hotels outside of Saipan City Center. (Most Airbnb accommodations are not available.)
- Life jackets and snorkels are only available for rental on the Turtle Snorkeling & Hopping Tour. During your free time on Managaha Island, you must rent your own equipment.
- If you would like to rent snorkeling equipment (snorkel, life jacket, fins), please request it when making your reservation. You can also rent just the equipment you need (e.g., fins only).
- We provide fishing gear rental during the hopping tour.

- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
