Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

The fireworks display may be canceled or postponed depending on the weather on the day.

If the fireworks are cancelled or postponed prior to the tour departure (the day before), the tour will be cancelled. We will contact the representative of the group. If the local decision to cancel the fireworks is made on the day of the tour, we may have no choice but to inform you of the cancellation in the morning of the day of the tour.

If the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed after the tour departs, the tour may be cancelled or the tour fee will be partially refunded and you will be taken to an alternative sightseeing spot.

Please note that the festival and fireworks may be cancelled or the contents may be changed due to the request of the national or local government.

Please note that the tour will not be "confirmed" even if the minimum number of participants has been reached until the event organizer announces the details of the fireworks.

To avoid road congestion at the start of the fireworks display, we may arrive at Hakone with time to spare. You may also be asked to wait to board the boat.

The trip will return late at night. The itinerary may change or the return time may be delayed due to traffic conditions or other circumstances. Even if the return time is significantly delayed, we will not be responsible for the cost incurred for accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc.

Buses will operate separately depending on the point of departure.

Small and medium-sized buses may be used.

The drop-off location upon return may differ from the boarding location.

Lunch is not provided on this tour. Please have lunch beforehand.

Due to the inclusive group arrangement, we will not accept requests for changes in meal content, except in the case of allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical decisions, or other circumstances that may jeopardize physical safety. Please prepare your own meals. No refunds will be given for meal fees, and no meals will be taken home.

For safety reasons and for the convenience of the tour operation, seats at the front of the bus will be reserved for the tour conductor.

The bus may arrive late due to road conditions, but please wait at the designated meeting point.

Due to unexpected traffic congestion and crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to skip some sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, change buses, or experience delays in return.
