Minors between the age of 13 to 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the trip.
Climbers who are 60 years old and above (inclusive) require a health certificate. Please fill it out and send it to registration before tour departure (electronic version acceptable).
No refund will be given if you are unable to participate or cancel the trip due to personal reasons or if late etc. Please also take note that if you end the trip early due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return trip expenses.
Specifics of the itinerary such as the attractions, order of visit and timing may be adjusted depending on the traffic and weather conditions on the day.
The arrival time at each destination may change depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays or crowds on the day. We seek your understanding that we are unable to process refunds if there is delay or cancellation in the itinerary due to the above or other force majeure factors.
Please take note that traffic congestion or other force majeure factors may occur during weekends or peak periods. The driver may also adjust the itinerary based on the situation.
We seek your cooperation to not eat or drink inside the car. If you cause any stains, you will be required to pay compensation according to local cleaning standards.
Be sure to choose the suitable climbing/hiking route based on your physical condition, and wear appropriate hiking gear (necessary equipment: hiking shoes, raincoat and pants with separate top and bottom, and a hiking backpack that can hold all your items.)
Considering the physical strain of hiking up Mount Fuji, we currently do not accept the following profiles: elderly, people with high blood pressure, heart and other cardiovascular diseases, pregnant women, people in poor health, people with severe altitude sickness etc.
If you experience any discomfort during the hike, please seek help from the mountaineering leader/guide immediately so that emergency measures can be taken in time.
