Please provide the number and birthdates of children when making a reservation and bring their passport for verification on the day. - As per Australian regulations, children under 7 are required to use safety seats on buses. If traveling with children, please provide their number, age, and whether a safety seat is needed (provided free of charge) when making a reservation. - If traveling with elderly individuals, please assess whether they are physically suitable for the tour. They must be accompanied by at least one adult
- Those with mobility difficulties need to be accompanied by an adult. Some scenic spots may have bumpy roads, and the tour guide will inform you of road conditions. - If your hotel is outside the pick-up area, please select the nearest meeting point. Travelers staying outside the city are recommended to meet at Chicho Gelato
