The provided itinerary includes estimated arrival times, subject to traffic conditions beyond our control. Please refrain from scheduling activities for that evening.
The company is not responsible for any itinerary changes caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.
If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other issues, the itinerary or duration at each attraction may be adjusted.
Infants and young children under 3 years old, who do not occupy a seat or require meals, can participate for free. When making a reservation, please indicate if you are traveling with them in the "Remarks" box.
This itinerary offers tour guides in Chinese or Japanese only. If you require an English tour guide, please specify when placing your order. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. If no preference is indicated, the default tour guide will be in Chinese.

Car models used: Cars will be dispatched based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying person will be arranged to provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be sent.
Due to limited luggage storage space, if you would like to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the remarks column and please cooperate.
Showtimes at Moominvalley Park are subject to official announcements. Please plan your desired showtime in advance based on the group admission time.
In case weather or other factors temporarily close the experience facilities at Moominvalley Park, partial refunds will be provided.
Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by passengers over the age of 18 to participate.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
