- This tour does not include admission fees to each attraction or meal prices. (As guests choose attractions directly)
- Hotel pick-up in Jeju City is free. However, hotel pick-up outside of Jeju City (e.g., Seogwipo, Seongsan) incurs an additional charge of 70,000 KRW due to the distance.
- If you use this product via a cruise ship, there is no additional charge for Jeju Port, but an additional charge of 70,000krw may be charged for Gangjeong Port (Seogwipo Cruise Terminal) because the distance is very far.
- The equivalent of 70,000 Korean won is as follows:(Approximately 1650 Taiwanese dollars, approximately 50 US dollars, approximately 400 Hong Kong dollars)
- The tour time is set at 9 hours, but the tour time may be shorter for those coming via cruise ship.
- *Important : For the 5-hour private tour, cruise guests are not eligible to book this option. If a cruise guest books the 5-hour tour, the reservation may be cancelled. Please note that if it is outside the free cancellation period, a refund may not be possible. (This product is not intended for cruise guests.)

Private Car Tour duration is 9 hours. If you choose a private charter car, please select a pickup time between 8:00 AM and 09:00 AM. If the pickup time is unusual, a modification request may be made.

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
