Purchase Notice
● Picnic items cannot be reused after return after use.
● You cannot rent a tent in case of rain. In this case, we will give you a full refund.
● All meals are not included.
● You can get a lawn dog if you sit on the lawn without a mat or tent.
(No separate compensation is provided for bug or bug infectious diseases.)
● The Han River Park can only set up tents until 7 p.m. (all other equipment is glass)

A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Our travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and hazards. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company does not accept responsibility for any physical harm or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.
Tent rental is not available in case of rain. In this case, a full refund will be provided
A surcharge of 10,000KRW will apply if the return is delayed (hourly), payable onsite
At Hangang Park, tents can only be set up until 7:00 PM and if it passes 7:00 PM, you must take down the tent but can still stay and enjoy the area on a picnic mat.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
