If you booked the Daytime service and wish to change the pick-up time within the Night-time service period, a surcharge will be applied (Paid directly to the driver before using the service).
For Bookings in which the actual Pick-up/Drop-off point is outside the Pick-up Area you booked, a surcharge may applied
In case you could not see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for the assistance via KKday Chat Function or to our Customer Service Department. We do encourage you to contact the operator immediately after landing (for Airport Pick-up) or 30 mins before departure time (for Airport Drop-off) so we can best assist you.
Please provide your flight details when booking.
The driver information and pick-up spot will be provided the day before the pick-up. Please keep attention on your KKday message.
Please provide accurate information on the pick-up/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc). If any issue arises due to incorrect information, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
Please wait for the driver if you arrive early. If the driver is late due to force majeure, please wait at the pick-spot. If you leave without notifying the driver, you will be regarded as a no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
If any mechanical/technical/unforeseen issues occurred to the vehicle, please note that a replacement vehicle of a similar/higher grade will be dispatched to ensure the trip goes over smoothly.
Please provide reachable contact info in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking.
Changes to the pick-up location/time cannot be made the day before and on the day of the departure, except in the event of force majeure.
Please do not eat in the car and a cleaning fee may be charged for any stains from eating.
