・According to the agreed pick-up time, the driver will wait for 30 minutes for free at the designated location at the agreed time. If the delay exceeds the agreed time, a fee will be charged. For 5-seat, 7-seat, and 8-seat vehicles, a delay fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged (for less than 30 minutes, a fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for 30 minutes).
For 10 seats, a delay fee of 3,000 yen is charged for every 30 minutes (if the time is less than 30 minutes, it will be charged 3,000 yen per 30 minutes). You need to confirm with the company whether you can pay to wait after the time limit.
