If you need to cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will contact you by email, text message or phone the day before the experience day.
If the flight is cancelled due to inclement weather or force majeure on the day of the trip, a full refund will be issued.
If your itinerary cannot be accommodated due to flight scheduling or maintenance issues, you will receive a full refund.
For delays caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will process your refund.

Please prepare warm clothing in advance, such as a light jacket; and please bring your own rain gear.
