Itinerary may change due to weather and road conditions.
It is possible to bring in suitcases, but we may refuse to bring in too large items. We are not responsible for any loss of your own luggage.
There are other passengers on the bus, so please refrain from talking in a loud voice.
There is no toilet on the bus.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
After the tour has started, no refunds will be made even if the facility is closed.
If the minimum number of participants (15) is not reached 3 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour may be cancelled on that date. In this case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date or, if it does not work out for you, we will refund your money.

Reminders
There will be no refunds if it is determined that it is difficult to continue the tour due to weather or other factors after the tour has started.
There is no rental of umbrellas in case of rain. Please bring your own.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
