■ No advance issuance of boarding passes or express tickets. They will be provided by the on-site attendant on the day of departure. The transportation expenses from the designated train boarding station to the destination station to your home will be at your expense.
■ After the scheduled departure time, departure will be at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly adhere to the assembly time. Please note that in the event of any delay in boarding for any reason, alternative transportation costs will be at your expense, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, arrangements for alternative transportation will be the responsibility of the customer.
■ The itinerary and schedule may change due to transportation delays, road conditions, weather conditions, etc. Furthermore, the itinerary may be reversed, the order of sightseeing may change, or certain stops may be omitted depending on the road conditions on the day.
■ Unless otherwise specified, trains will have reserved seats in regular cars.
■ In the event of delayed arrival, and if taxi usage or the need for accommodation arises, we will not be responsible for any associated costs.
■ Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used.
■ Buses do not have restroom facilities.
■ Smoking is prohibited on trains and buses. Reclining is generally not allowed (except for some courses).
■ Seat assignments on trains and buses will be determined by our company. Due to the use of group tickets for trains, we cannot accommodate preferences for window side or aisle side seats. Also, even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be seated together.
■ In emergencies, etc., you may be seated with the attendant.
■ Entrance fees included in the tour price may differ from the publicly displayed prices. There will be no refund or additional charges compared to the publicly displayed prices after the tour departure.
■ Requests for seat preferences, hotel smoking or non-smoking preferences, and allergy requests may not be accommodated. We may inform you and decline such requests in advance.
■ If the number of participants is not met or in cases of force majeure such as disasters or accidents preventing operation, we may request changes or cancellations starting 14 days before the scheduled travel start date.
■ The menu for meals may change depending on the facility's procurement.
■ Information about trains, hotels, etc., may change without notice.
■ If you do not use options included in benefits or other plans, no refunds or similar arrangements will be made.
■ The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the end of your trip. However, perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately. Please understand in advance.

This course is available only on the outward journey at Ueno and Omiya Stations. Please make a request at the time of reservation. For intermediate stops, passengers are required to purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and go to the departure platform. The cost of the admission ticket is to be borne by the passenger.
※The return trip will be on the Azusa limited express train and will "return to Shinjuku Station. Please note that the train will not stop at Ueno, Omiya, or Tokyo Stations.
※It is possible to make a stopover at Hachioji Station and Tachikawa Station on the Azusa Limited Express train. If you wish to make a stopover, please apply for the number of passengers from Optional.(No change in trip price) If no option is selected, the tour will stop at Shinjuku Station.
※The tour conductor will call the representative at least one day prior to departure to inform him or her of the boarding procedure.
※No refunds or discounts will be given for intermediate stops/stops.

※Changes of origin or destination are not permitted after the 20th day prior to the start of the trip.
