*In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made one day before departure (16:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and will be notified by email at any time.
*The color and model of the car are not specified. The actual dispatch of the car on the day of the plan will be based on the plan.
*Some scenic spots in Taiwan will have sudden temporary traffic control according to the daily crowd situation. When encountering traffic control, you need to transfer to the shuttle bus at your own expense.
*The service staff will contact you one day before departure at the latest. Please make sure the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile communication software messages.
*If you depart before 08:00 in the morning, or if your itinerary exceeds 22:00 in the evening, an additional fee of NT$300 will be charged, please pay on site.
*If the departure or return location is outside Taipei/New Taipei City (including Tamsui, Beitou, and Yangmingshan), an additional fee of NT$300 - NT$1,000 will be charged depending on the route. The actual fare will be calculated based on the route ordered by the passenger, and the amount will be attached. Please pay the voucher to the driver on site.
* Private charter car overtime hours are NT$500 for a five-seater car, NT$600 for a seven-seater car, and NT$700 for a nine-seater car.
*The stay time at each scenic spot in this itinerary can be adjusted by yourself. The total driving time per day is 10 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you will have to pay an overtime fee on site. Please be informed.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, smoking, wearing sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, opening the window, spitting, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if any items in the car are damaged or Damage must be compensated according to the price, and cash must be paid on site.

- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
