First Day
- 7:50 am: Gather in front of Shinjuku i-Land Tower (In front of LOVE sculpture)
- 8:00 am: Depart from Shinjuku
- Visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine
- Have your lunch of either a soft tofu Skin shabu-shabu or Yunishigawa maki roll set meal
- See the stunning Kegon Waterfall
- Participate in the Lake Chuzenji canoe experience
- Stay overnight at a hot spring hotel in Kinugawa, Nikko, or Yunishigawa
- Enjoy a local kaiseki banquet meal or a luxurious buffet using local Tochigi cuisine in the hotel
Second Day
- Depart after breakfast at the hotel
- Go on a rafting experience at Kinugawa River
- Go to Watanabe Sahei Sake Shop for the brewing experience

Please wait at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time. We will not wait for latecomers. Please note that late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued
Only children and adults 6 years and older can participate; children 5 years and younger are not allowed to participate due to safety reasons

The scheduled travel route may be changed or canceled due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day
If the attraction is unavailable due to bad weather or traffic, the tour leader reserves the right to change or cancel part of the itinerary at any time for safety reasons. Participants may not request a refund or fee reduction as a result
Due to road conditions and other factors on the day of the itinerary, the duration of stays at attractions may be adjusted, or some attractions may be cancelled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please refrain from scheduling activities for that evening
If you leave the group during the trip, it will be considered automatic abandonment and no refunds will be issued. You will be responsible for any personal or property losses incurred

When using water experience facilities such as canoeing and rafting, please listen carefully to the operating instructions of the on-site staff. Do not leave the team and operate on your own. If an accident occurs or injuries and losses occur due to leaving the team and operating on your own, you will be responsible for your own responsibility
Vehicles are assigned based on group size. Due to the limited space in the luggage storage box, each person is limited to one large suitcase on the bus. If you have more than 2 pieces, please inform us in the "Requests & Remarks" column

Water-based activities like canoeing and rafting involve getting wet. Clothes and shoes may become soaked. It's advised to bring spare clothes, shoes, and towels for changing and drying off, or wear quick-drying attire. During early spring and autumn in Japan, temperatures fluctuate between morning and evening. To stay warm in case of sudden temperature drops, please bring long-sleeved clothing
Water activity facilities like canoeing and rafting offer on-site rental of raincoats and rain boots. Prices are announced on-site and must be paid directly to the store. Availability is limited, and reservations are not accepted. Prices are subject to on-site availability
Outdoor activities can lead to dehydration, so it's advisable to bring your own drinks to stay hydrated and avoid physical discomfort
Personal belongings are not permitted during outdoor activities. Avoid bringing valuables. Keep personal items with you; the company is not liable for storage. You are responsible for any losses
The maximum number of guests per group is 10. If you are bringing a group of more than 10 guests, please contact customer service
If water experience facilities such as canoeing and rafting are temporarily closed due to weather factors or official announcements, the visit will be suspended and refunds will be processed

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
