The driver and guide will contact you the afternoon before the private charter car date to confirm the day's itinerary and time.
In the event of special warning weather, the private charter car service may be canceled. If the service is cancelled, we will contact you one day before the private charter car date.
If the attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors on the day of the itinerary, the driver will make alternative suggestions and adjust the itinerary, but cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
The private charter car service time is from the arrival of the passenger to 1-1.5 hours before the departure of the cruise ship, including the time when the passenger is late. If the subsequent itinerary sightseeing must be shortened due to personal reasons during the trip, the passenger must cooperate without objection. If there are special circumstances in the scenic spots visited on the day of the itinerary that require the driver to purchase a ticket to enter, the driver will not enter the scenic spot and will wait at the agreed location. We apologize for your understanding.
