This tour will be conducted in Japanese only. Please note that all guidance from the tour conductor during the trip will be in Japanese only. However, to ensure the smooth operation of the tour and safety, we will provide information to the extent possible using a translation app (meeting place, departure time, etc.).
If you are traveling alone or in an odd-numbered group, you will generally be assigned shared seats on the bus.
Depending on the weather and congestion, the start and finish times may change and the course may be shortened.
Lunch is not included on the first and second days. Please eat lunch at any of the stops along the way.
Depending on the congestion on the Alpine Route, the departure time on the second day may be early in the morning (6:00-8:30). As a result, breakfast on the second day may be a boxed lunch.
If the alpine route is closed due to bad weather or other reasons, the tour may turn back midway.
The Alpine Route may require a return trip from Mt. Tateyama to Mt. Tateyama, or a through trip from Mt. Tateyama to Ogizawa.
The temperature on the alpine route is quite low. Please wear warm clothes that are easy to put on and take off (winter clothes such as down jackets) and shoes with rubber soles or sneakers.
The height of the snow walls on the Alpine Route varies depending on the season.
The tours are scheduled based on the usual flowering conditions of the cherry blossoms, but may vary depending on weather, etc.
To get to Takato Castle Ruins Park, depending on the parking lot congestion, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus along the way or walk for approximately 10 to 20 minutes each way.
The return time may vary depending on the reservation time and congestion.
The Snow Otani Walk may be canceled due to weather conditions. In that case, no refunds will be given.
As this is an all-inclusive group arrangement, we cannot accept requests for meal changes for reasons other than allergies or medical dietary restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
