If the minimum number of participants 15 is not met by 10 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
Please note that bringing large luggage during the tour is not allowed.

Foxes are very interested in moving objects.
Please note that
Please avoid fluttering skirts, jogger pants, or other clothing with strings attached to the hems, and clothing with belts, strings, or other swinging items attached to the back of coats, etc.
Please avoid slipper style, sandals and high heels.
After entering, please do not stop near the entrance
Touching foxes on the grounds is prohibited. They will bite you.
No one is allowed to enter except in the aisles.
Do not walk on anything other than paved pathways.
Also, stone walls and benches are for foxes only. Please do not sit on them.
For feeding the foxes, please use the special bait at the dedicated feeding station.
Please be careful not to drop anything.
Please enter with minimal baggage.
Foxes are sensitive to the sound of plastic bags and the movement of taking something out of a pocket. Please be careful behind and around the foxes as they may mistake it for food and jump on it.
It is dangerous to stay in the same line of sight as the foxes for long periods of time, as the foxes will gather and play tricks on you. Sitting on the grounds is prohibited.
Please refrain from getting too close to the foxes for filming or other reasons. Foxes will bite you or pull out your hair when you take pictures with a selfie stick.
The use of drones is prohibited.
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the Fox Village staff as there are areas where photography is prohibited.
Strawberry picking is scheduled throughout the year, but other fruit picking may be change depending on growing conditions.
Strawberry picking depends on the growing conditions of strawberries on the day.We will inform you of the location on the day of your visit.

Reminders
Please arrive 5 minutes before the bus departure time on the day of the tour.
If you are late for the meeting place and time on the day of the tour, you may not be able to join the tour.
・Lunch and snacks are not included,You may bring your own beverages and snacks in the car, Please take all your belongings with you.
As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
There is no restroom available on the bus, but we will take some toilet breaks on the way.
If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus.
The tour may be cancelled before departure due to bad weather on the day of departure,The tour fee will be refunded, but you will be responsible for transportation expenses to the meeting point.
The tour might be cancelled or discontinued because of the bad weather condition or unexpected accidents.
Please be sure to wear warm and easily temperature-adjustable clothing, avoiding the precautionary attire described in the pre-booking instructions.
Please follow the instructions of the assistant staff and Fox Village staff on the day of the tour.
If you cannot follow the rules, please do so at your own risk
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
