【THSR Holiday Introduction】
－ Car Rental Information －
- The iRent car rental electronic voucher is valid for 6 or 10 hours, applicable to any car or motorcycle model on both weekdays and weekends, and can be used for both [On-Street Rental/Return] and [Station-Based Rental/Return] services.
(The duration depends on the selection made at the time of booking. The electronic voucher will be provided by the travel agency before departure.) - How to Pick Up the Vehicle:
1. Make a reservation via the iRent App.
2. If your itinerary changes before the scheduled pick-up time, please re-book through the iRent App.
3. Station-based rentals accept reservations up to 60 days in advance; on-street rentals accept reservations up to 30 minutes in advance. - Important Notes:
1. This product is applicable to the following car models: TOYOTA PRIUS C, VIOS, YARIS, Swift, Fit, TownAce Van, TownAce Pickup, SIENTA, ALTIS (including hybrid), YARIS CROSS, COROLLA CROSS (including hybrid), LUXGEN n7, Kicks, and Sentra. The hourly vouchers are not applicable to LEXUS NX200, Focus X, Focus ST-Line, and Focus Wagon. Any adjustments will be subject to announcements on the official iRent Facebook page.
2. Before redeeming iRent hours, you must download the iRent App and complete the member verification process to use the iRent shared vehicle service. (The registration process includes: creating an account, uploading a driver's license for car or motorcycle, and passing the review.)
3. The [Weekday/Weekend General Hours] for cars can be used to offset the rental fees for iRent shared cars or motorcycles (KYMCO MANY-110). This does not include mileage fees, peace-of-mind services, eTag fees, or parking fees collected on behalf of others.
4. iRent hours must be redeemed via the iRent App before the specified deadline and used within the [Validity Period]. Hours not used within the specified time will not be reissued.
5. iRent Weekdays are defined as: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
6. The hours are not applicable during the Lunar New Year period (the specific period will be subject to iRent's official announcement).
7. Minimum usage requirements for hour offsets: 30 minutes per session for cars, and 6 minutes per session for motorcycles. If the payable duration falls below the minimum requirement due to the use of promotional discounts or vouchers, the minimum usage amount will be charged.
8. Any traffic violation fines or parking fees incurred during the rental period must be borne by the renter.
9. When using this service, please make a reservation on the iRent App to secure a vehicle. You must comply with the iRent membership terms, vehicle usage regulations, and the vehicle rental agreement. The company reserves the right to refuse service if your credit score is insufficient due to personal behavior. If your credit score is below 60, you will not be able to select promotional offers during booking, and the standard rate will apply.

2. The redemption period for hours is 1 day after the outbound ticket date (e.g., if the outbound ticket is for 5/21, it must be redeemed by 5/22). [Weekday-Only Hours] are valid for 14 days after redemption, and [Weekday/Weekend General Hours] are valid for 10 days after redemption.

- Adult Ticket: For passengers aged 12 and over.
- Senior Ticket: For citizens aged 65 or over (based on the date of travel) who hold a National ID card or government-issued photo ID with ID number and date of birth.
- Concession Ticket: For citizens holding a Disability Certificate (pink). (The 'Necessary Companion Discount' field on the back of the certificate must state 'Domestic Public Transportation' to qualify for a concession ticket for one necessary companion.)
- Child Ticket: For children under 12. Children under 12 who are taller than 150 cm must present proof of age.
- Children eligible for free admission: Children under 115 cm in height, or children over 115 cm but under six years of age with proof of age, may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. - Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.

Types of driver's license: Republic of China ID card + driver's license, foreign passport + international driver's license (car rental is not allowed in countries where driver's license reciprocity is not available).
Definition of weekdays: weekdays (Monday to Thursday), holidays (Friday to Sunday, national holidays and the day before).
Fuel extraction mileage is charged, and each vehicle is equipped with a fuel card. Before leaving the vehicle, both the store staff and the customer confirm the vehicle's mileage and record it in the rental contract. When returning the car, the mileage fee will be charged according to the agreement after both parties check the return mileage again. This project does not include the rental of additional accessories (such as child safety seats, booster pads, navigation equipment, driving recorders) and additional services (safety and exemption services). Any violation tickets or parking fees incurred during the rental period must be borne by the lessee.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the ordering instructions and related agreements of the product carefully. If the orderer is not the passenger himself, the orderer will be in the position of an agent, which means he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of his/her itinerary. - High-Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -

- Due to administrative time constraints, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after this time will be considered deferred for one day.
- If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Free cancellation for more than eight days before departure (excluding departure date)
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within seven to four days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of any changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- (For example, if you depart on 12/8 and change or cancel your order before 11/30, you will be charged a free cancellation fee.
