2. Reservations for unregistered accommodations may be canceled as the delivery service is not possible.
3. Depending on the registered accommodation, if delivery is not possible due to circumstances on the day, the reservation may be cancelled.
4. The minimum size of baggage is size S. Baggage smaller than a ready bag or carrier is also included in the price per piece.
5. Please select an option according to the size of the carrier. Additional fees will be charged if the size is measured on site and exceeds the size selected at the time of reservation.
6. Easily breakable items such as paper bags, plastic bags, and umbrellas cannot be sent.
7. If you want delivery to a hotel, the name of the hotel reservation holder and the name of the service reservation holder must match. If the user is not the same, please enter the name of the person making the hotel reservation.
8. When you make a reservation, you'll need to fill in your full name & contact info, pickup time at the station/port/airport, and the name of the accomodation (or both if you're sending them from acommodation to the accomodation) in "English" to confirm the booking.
9. When using accommodations located in Jumunjin, an additional distance fee of KRW3,000 is added. When using accommodations located in Jeongdongjin or Yangyang, an additional distance fee of KRW5,000 is added
