This summer, I-O-N in Wong Chuk Hang joins hands with the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong to bring the vibrant atmosphere of a Thai night market to the restaurant. Start with refreshing shrimp and pomelo salad and spicy coconut chicken soup, followed by Thai specialties such as tamarind prawns, steamed Sabah grouper with lime, chili and fish sauce, weekend-only Volcano Ribs, and freshly prepared Thai boat noodles.
