- Admission may be restricted if the maximum capacity is exceeded as it is a first-come-first-served admission system
- You must wear a swimming cap when you are playing in the Water Park, you can also wear a baseball cap, headscarves, etc (no sun cap)
- All foods and mats are not allowed except food for the patient and baby
- Usage fees (food and beverages and rental fees) will be incurred in the park so you can use it with a locker key (electronic key) through a post-paid system
- Operating hours may be adjusted and changed according to the season and event conditions
- Attractions in Outdoor Water Park are open only in the summer
- Please return the life jacket to the jacket rental office after using it
- Sunbeds and cabanas are paid facilities so you can only use these after purchase
- You must keep your valuables in the valuables self-storage box as no one will be responsible for the items that you lost
- Re-enter after settlement will not be permitted
- Any loss of the Water Park locker key (electronic key) will need to be reported to the staff immediately and pay a loss fee of KRW25,000
- Snorkeling, swim fins, and tubes exceeding 130 cm are not allowed
- Air-injected life jackets without buoyancy are not allowed to be used in Wave Pool, or Lazy Pool (including air-injected aids on the arm)
- Other than aqua shoes, you cannot wear outdoor slippers or sneakers
- Barcodes will be sent for each option, not for each purchase, and partial use or refund is impossible (e.g. male x 3ea, female x 2ea purchase, the barcode will be sent for male x 3ea, female x 2ea)
