- The full name of each passenger and Passport/ID number is mandatory to confirm the booking
- The departure time will be scheduled for trains between 7:00 am and 8:00 am. Please provide a valid telephone number or email when confirming the booking so you can be contacted at least 48 hours before the experience to complete the pre-check-in process
- A minimum number of participants is required to operate the tour. If this minimum is not met, guests will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund
- Please check your email and log into the KKday system 24 hours before the trip to confirm the tour status. If there are any changes, you will be notified via the KKday message box or email with the latest itinerary details. Please note that KKday cannot assume responsibility for any losses resulting from personal oversight
- It’s essential to arrive well in advance of the train’s departure time. The train’s departure is fixed and will not wait for delayed passengers. If you fail to arrive on time, you will unfortunately miss the entirety of the tour, and no refund will be provided. Planning with ample margin is recommended to avoid any inconvenience
- The tour may be affected due to special circumstances
- Participants under 18 years old are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. It is advisable to carry your ID for verification purposes
- Excessive alcohol consumption is detrimental to your health
- KKday does not take responsibility for the preparation and provision of meals and beverages, as these are handled by the winery
- For any issues related to the activity, please address them directly with the local operator at the tour location

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
