  • It’s essential to arrive well in advance of the train’s departure time. The train’s departure is fixed and will not wait for delayed passengers. If you fail to arrive on time, you will unfortunately miss the entirety of the tour, and no refund will be provided. Planning with ample margin is recommended to avoid any inconvenience
  • The full name of each passenger and passport/ID number is mandatory to confirm the booking
  • The departure time will be scheduled for trains between 7:00 am and 8:00 am. Please provide a valid telephone number or email when confirming the booking so you can be contacted at least 48 hours before the experience to complete the pre-check-in process

  • Please note that the itinerary is subject to change or cancellation in case of inclement weather conditions

  • Kindly note that the tour requires a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, alternative options of equal or higher value or a full refund will be provided

  • Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may impact the tour experience

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
