Please be sure to bring a valid driver's license (moped license) in Japan. If you do not have one, you cannot rent it.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Please note that depending on the reservation status, if you are late, you may not be able to rent the item. Please be punctual.
Please be sure to return the item by 18:00 during business hours.
Please note that even if we are unable to proceed due to a malfunction of the electric scooter or an accident, we will not provide any compensation for your reservation.
You can travel approximately 30km on a single charge. Further travel requires charging.
Please be sure to wear a helmet while driving.
The compensation contents of optional insurance are as shown on the right. - For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
