- After making a reservation, we will confirm hotel vacancy within 1-4 working days and then reply whether the reservation has been confirmed. During the peak ski season, there may be delays in replying.
- The bus meeting and departure point is Shinjuku's "Shinjuku Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Oversized Vehicle Parking Lot". Please refer to the itinerary for the location.
- After gathering and reporting, the staff will issue you accommodation and cable car redemption coupons related to the itinerary. Please confirm that the contents are correct before departure and keep them properly. If you have any questions, please contact the customes service.

- You can check in after 03:00pm. Before that, you can store your luggage and use the hotel's changing room facilities.

During a group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If it is judged that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, in principle, notification will be given 2 days before departure.
In principle, as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. Of course, the itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski slopes.
The use time of the cable car lift ticket redemption voucher is calculated from the start date of local accommodation, and does not include the night operation of the ski resort. If you need to change, please make a note when making an appointment and contact the company.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from JP¥500 to JP¥1,000 when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.
When registering for a trip that departs in the evening, please be sure to pay attention to the departure date and time.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 8 to 20 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations 2 to 7 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations 1 to 1 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
