- Standard luggage size: 20 inches, not exceeding 15 kilograms (Height 55 cm x width 32.5 cm x thickness 22 cm). Your carry-on bag will be with you
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Pets and oversized items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated

- If the seat has been canceled or does not arrive as complete as the reservation, you will lose that seat. Customer cannot leave their luggage or belongings to be considered their own rights
- Luggage size must not exceed more than 20 inches and weight no more than 15 kg. One piece per person for storage, and carry-on bags must accompany the travelers
- The car for the departure and return may not be the same car, customers must wait 15 minutes before the departure time
*As this is shared tour, the grace period is 5 minutes to avoid affecting the whole itinerary
