Leave Toronto’s bustle behind and take in the remarkable natural beauty of Niagara Falls. Relax in your reclining seat on a late-model, climate-controlled coach. On this full-day tour, we arrive early at Niagara Falls to maximize your experience and avoid larger crowds. Skip the ticket line and board a Niagara City Cruises boat (seasonal)(if option selected) with a keepsake poncho—when the boat is not operating in the colder months, this is replaced by the Journey Behind the Falls experience (year-round)(if option selected) as a winter substitute. Cruise up the Niagara River for up-close views of the mighty Horseshoe Falls, or, in winter, explore the tunnels and viewing platforms behind and beside the falls instead. Join your English-speaking guide for lunch with views above the falls (if option selected). Afterward, visit a local maple syrup tasting experience, continue to the Whirlpool Rapids observation deck, and finish with free time in charming Niagara-on-the-Lake before returning to Toronto.

Purchase Notice

  • Please note, Niagara Cruise operated from May to October (depending on the lake conditions). When the boat is not operating, the attraction will be substituted with the Journey Behind the Falls, or Niagara Power Plant
  • All destinations included in this tour are in Canada, therefore, a U.S. visa is not required. To avoid delays, travellers are not recommended to cross the border during their free time
  • The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
  • Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
  • The drop-off point and itinerary are subject to the weather, traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of tour
  • Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
  • Complying with local laws, children below 8 years old or weighing less than 36 kg/height less than 145 cm must use a car seat inside a vehicle. Please require at least 24 hours notice as well as the age, height, and weight of the infant/toddler. The extra cost will be $33 + HST
  • Main Attraction Selection – Select your main attraction during booking: boat (summer) or Journey (winter/non-operational boat days). 
  • Lunch Add-on – Lunch add-on is optional and scheduled during Falls free time. 
  • Itinerary Flexibility – Itinerary order/timing may adjust for traffic, weather, or capacity. 
  • Canada Only – Tour remains entirely in Canada — no passport required.
  • Schedule Flexibility – We do our best to keep to schedule, but times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected delays. 
  • Mist and Weather – Expect mist near the Falls; bring a light rain layer and non-slip shoes. 
  • Boat Equipment – Keepsake ponchos are provided for the boat; camera/phone protection recommended. 
  • Snacks and Refreshments – Bring water and snacks; quick-service options available at Clifton Hill and NOTL. 
  • Footwear – Comfortable walking shoes for paved/wet surfaces.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Travelers need to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit

  • Please provide an active contact number when booking in the event of an emergency

  • The tour guide will adjust the attraction visiting sequence to accommodate weather conditions, please consider before booking

  • Boarding for the tour will begin at 8:15 am from 55 York St, Toronto, ON. Please be on time with your e-ticket and photo I.D ready

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
